Here's everything you need to know about the loyalty programHow does our loyalty program work?
This is our “thank you” to you, for being a loyal customer. Earn points on all purchases as well as activities like referring friends and following us on social.
You can redeem your points anytime on your next purchase for discounts or use them for free product and exclusive merchandise.
Who can join?
Anyone can join — simply sign up now for free!
All existing account holders are automatically enrolled in the program so they can automatically accumulate points.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on the loyalty page.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Redeem Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for the rewards listed in these sections.
As soon as you confirm your choice you'll receive a voucher code that you can enter at our checkout to receive your reward.
For your voucher code to work your reward product will need to be in your basket (in the colour/size that you selected) - if you miss that step on the popup, just head to its product page and add it to your basket as normal.
Please note that these vouchers are only valid when used with an orders over £15 after any discounts. You can only use one voucher code per order.
Why are my points pending?
Recent points earned on purchases will be shown as pending on your account until your order is fulfilled and received.
Your points will then convert to approved and will be ready to use.
If your order is cancelled then the points will be cancelled.
What do different point statuses mean?
- Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
- Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
How do the tiers work?
Our tiers are based on your recent purchases over a 12 month period, going back as far as the launch of Source Rewards, on a rolling basis. Tiers are not based on your points total.
Your total spend will include any shipping costs and sales tax (e.g. VAT) that you paid to us as part of your orders, but doesn't include any duties or import taxes that might have been charged by third parties.

Do points & rewards work if I'm buying in a different currency?
We award 10 points for every 1€ spent on our store.
Don't worry if you're using a different currency - Source Rewards handles the currency conversion so you'll still earn the exact same number of points (and our discount vouchers will award you with the same equivalent discount) as customers using Euros.
How do I receive points for a review?
First, we'll need to know your email address and have permission to send you emails.
Then just place an order. A few days after your order reaches you, you'll receive a review invitation from us.
Just follow the links in the email to share your thoughts with us & other riders - after you submit your review, we'll award your points automatically!
I have valid points on an old account - what can I do?
If you have points on an account you can no longer access, please get in touch with our customer service team who can help can migrate any valid points you've earned for previous orders.
Please note that points for unique activities can't be transferred.
