The Coronavirus has impacted all of us but we continue to ship orders from our warehouse as usual. We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you and keep you riding. Although our warehouses are operating as normal and we don't expect any delays to orders due to Covid-19 from our side, small delays due to couriers working at capacity could affect a small amount of orders. Where possible we encourage you to use our Express Delivery options to get the fastest possible delivery.
Our customer service team is operating as normal (albeit at home where possible) and will be happy to answer any important questions you have.

WHAT WE ARE DOING
Like all businesses, we have made significant changes to the way we operate to do our part in reducing the spread of the virus and look after our team. These include, among other things:
- Home working for everyone that is able to
- Social Distancing in the Workplace (luckily we have big warehouses so can easily spread out)
- Hourly Hand Washing and Cleaning for our Warehouse Teams
- Closed our Physical Shops and Skatepark until safe to re-open.
The cost of delivery and the services available are dependent on the contents of your basket and will be calculated at checkout . However here is a guide below;
Standard - Typically arrives in 2-7 days depending on region
Express - Delivers in 2-4 Days depening on region
Our standard shipping services are fully tracked from start to finish and are available on all orders - Best of all it's completely free on orders over €179.95 in most European Countries*
*Excludes Andorra, Monaco, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Holy See (Vatican City State), Malta, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, North Macedonia and Romania
Our Express delivery options available only on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see Express delivery at checkout it means your basket is not eligible for Express delivery. Items that are available for Express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.
We deliver on Weekdays (Monday - Friday) but not weekends (except for Saturday Delivery)
All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery and you can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.
