EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our Express delivery options available only on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see Express delivery at checkout it means your basket is not eligible for Express delivery. Items that are available for Express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We deliver on Weekdays (Monday - Friday) but not weekends (except for Saturday Delivery)

All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery and you can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.

ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED FROM GERMANY

We have a dedicated warehouse in Neuss, Germany for all EU orders. Your orders WILL NOT be affected by any Brexit delays or custom charges.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FAQ

  • We have a cut off point for orders to ship same day which is 1pm CET. We try to ship all orders placed before the cut off the same day. Note that in busy times Express shipments are prioritised over standard delivery options. In some cases orders also require stock to arrive to us before we are able to ship but we aim to get orders to you in in line with your shipping method. For instance if you choose Standard shipping (2-7 days) you should expect your order to arrive within 7 days. AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL

  • Shipping times vary depending on the Service and your location. We offer Express shipping into most European countries. If you're in a hurry we recommend you select this service. Orders placed after the cut off will be shipped the next available day on a next day service

  • Tracking your parcel is easy through your Account page. You will also receive regular updates via email of the progress of your parcel. 

  • Yes, We offer 90 day returns on all orders*. Check out our Returns page for more info.

WE ARE WORKING AS NORMAL AND CURRENTLY NOT EXPERIENCING ANY SIGNIFICANT DELAYS TO ORDERS DUE TO COVID-19.

The Coronavirus has impacted all of us but we continue to ship orders from our warehouse as usual. We’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you and keep you riding. Although our warehouses are operating as normal and we don't expect any delays to orders due to Covid-19 from our side, small delays due to couriers working at capacity could affect a small amount of orders. Where possible we encourage you to use our Express Delivery options to get the fastest possible delivery.
