The Nano hanger is specially designed for chainstay brake mounts with the cable through the seat tube system without any flex. Same as Manual CNC OG brakes, the Nano version comes with thicker brass bushings for long life, a smoother pull with the Allen Key Only spring plates, and an adjustable A-Hanger to help dial in your brakes.
