Our standard shipping services are fully tracked from start to finish and are available on all orders - best of all, free standard shipping is available free on orders over €199.95 in most European Countries*

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our express delivery options are only available on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see express delivery at our checkout it means your basket is not eligible for express delivery. Items that are available for express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We deliver on weekdays (Monday - Friday) but not on weekends.

All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery. You can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.

CUSTOM BIKES & CUSTOM WHEELS

Custom products will need extra time for our team to build & prepare them for dispatch. Please allow up to 3 working days from your order for custom products to be dispatched.

ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM

EU orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hastings on the south coast of the United Kingdom to ensure there are no delays to orders into Europe.

Any applicable duties will be shown at the checkout and are included in your order.

For orders to the EU, taxes will also be shown at the checkout and will be included in your order.

For order outside the EU (Norway, Switzerland, etc), taxes will not be included in your order and are not covered by Source BMX. When these apply, you'll be contacted by the courier to enable you to pay them directly.

DELIVERY INFORMATION FAQ

When Will My Order Ship

Our shipping cutoff is 1pm CET on weekdays. We try to ship all orders placed before the cut off the same day.

Note that in busy times express shipments are prioritised over standard delivery options.

In some cases orders also require stock to arrive to us before we are able to ship, but we aim to get orders to you in in line with your shipping method. For instance if you choose standard shipping (2-7 days) you should expect your order to arrive within 7 days. AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE

Shipping times vary depending on the service and your location.

We offer express shipping to most European countries. If you're in a hurry we recommend you select this service.

Express orders placed after the 1pm CET cut off will be shipped on the next available day.

How do I track my Parcel?

Tracking your parcel is easy through your Account page. You will also receive regular updates via email of the progress of your parcel.

 

Can I return an order?

Yes, We offer 90 day returns on all orders*. Check out our Returns page for more info.
