At 90psi the tyre measured in at 2.40 between the blocks and 2.45 on the edges of the blocks. It also weighed in at 505g rather than the 520g claimed (and a BMX YouTuber also weighed his in at just below claimed weight and measured it true to size 2.4 at 80psi so it seems to be consistent). On top of that while the tyre is obviously of lightweight construction and doesn't have the deepest tread on it, it's definitely still feeling relatively "thick" especially in the sidewall compared to all the other lightweight tyres I've had before.
For contrast before ordering this I bought a pair of KHE MAC 2+ claimed at 2.3 and 360g. The sidewalls are paper thin, so much so that it's almost scary. They measured in below 2.2 (which is why I ended up buying the Odyssey, because the gap in my forks was huge considering my bike came with "2.4" tyres that measured in at a solid 2.5) and they weighed in at 390g and 405g. They are still great ultra lightweight tyres and I will happily run these 2 in the rear so I'm not slagging off KHE here, but they are smaller and heavier than stated and feel flimsy at the sides which is not the case at all with the Odyssey. I will probably end up running the super circuit 2.4 front and rear once the KHE wear out.
All in all highly recommended. High quality, true to size and super light.
