EXPRESS DELIVERY

Our express delivery options are only available on certain baskets where we can guarantee the delivery times. If you are unable to see express delivery at our checkout it means your basket is not eligible for express delivery. Items that are available for express are labeled on their product page in the shipping message.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

We deliver on weekdays (Monday - Friday) but not on weekends.

All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from dispatch to delivery. You can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.

CUSTOM BIKES & CUSTOM WHEELS

Custom products will need extra time for our team to build & prepare them for dispatch. Please allow up to 3 working days from your order for custom products to be dispatched.

ALL ORDERS ARE DISPATCHED FROM GERMANY

We have a dedicated warehouse in Neuss, Germany for all EU orders. All orders to EU countries are free from import duties and WILL NOT be affected by any Brexit delays or any UK customs charges.

For orders going outside the EU (Like Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein) any import duties or taxes will not be included in your order or paid by Source BMX. When any duties or taxes apply they are payable by the recipient - our couriers will get contact you directly before delivery to arrange for payment.
