It is my first time ordering from this website, and I wasn't familiar with the different valves. I ordered a Presta one, but needed to get an adapter for a Schraeder valve to be able to pump air.

It fits, inflates and holds air! It's an inner tube at a fairly decent price! What's more to say?

Unfortunately had an inner tube that had a split in it and let customer services know straight away. Within ten minutes I had a response and a solution and a new inner tube sent out the same day. Small gestures like that go a long way and is the reason I will continue to shop here. Thank you very much for the great customer service
